Terms and Conditions

Bookings
When you book your space on a Sankalpa Retreat, you will be required to pay a £250 non-
refundable deposit to secure your space.

When you book a space on a Sankalpa Retreat, you will be responsible for organising your
own travel insurance in the event that you can no longer attend or in the event of an
emergency. Ensure that your travel insurance covers you for all activities within the retreat
and out with the grounds. Just like you would for going on holiday.

 

When a payment plan is arranged and date of your instalments have been agreed by us and
yourself, we will expect that payment is received on these dates. If we don’t have any
communication from you and no payments made, we will assume that you will no longer
require a space on the retreat and you will lose the total paid. This being said, if you require
additional time to pay your instalments, please get in contact and we will do what we can to
help.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your space on a Sankalpa Retreat more than 6 months in advance of
the date of arrival, you will receive a refund (minus the £250 non-refundable deposit).
If you wish to cancel your space on a Sankalpa Retreat less than 6 months from the date of
arrival on the retreat but more than 4 months, you will receive a 50% refund on what you
have paid (minus the £250 deposit).


If you cancel your space on a Sankalpa Retreat less than 4 months before, but more than 12
weeks before arrival you will receive a 25% refund (minus £250 non-refundable deposit).
If you cancel your space on a Sankalpa Retreat 6 weeks or less from the date of arrival, you
will not be able to get a refund.

Transfers
Transfers are included in the Portugal Retreat in June 2025 from Faro International Airport.
However, there will be two pick up times from the airport which will be confirmed. Both
pickups are included in the cost of the retreat. However, if these times do not suit, you can
arrange your own transport at your own cost.
